SCHEDULING, CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY

Massage services are scheduled by appointment only!

 

You must CALL to book your 1st appointment.

 

To accommodate today's busy lifestyle, we occassionlally have same day appointments available. However, to ensure that we are able to accommodate your preferred appointment times, we ask that you schedule with as much advance notice as possible. ALL 1st-time appointments are reserved with a non-refundable full payment.  Payments accepted: cash, credit/debit card, CashApp , Venmo and Zelle.

I understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone's life. In my desire to  effectively handle the high demand of people wanting to book, and in fairness to returning clients desiring appointments, the following policies have been updated and effective immediately: 

 

24 hours notice is required when canceling or rescheduling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule the appointment.  If you are unable to provide 24 hours notice,  you will be charged the  FULL payment , of your appointment. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment.  Methods for paying: Cash, Credit/debit card, CashApp, Venmo, or Zelle.

No-Shows:  Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason, will be considered a "no-show" and will be charged the full amount of the session. (This includes prepaid sessions and gift certificate appointments.) This amount  must be paid prior to the next scheduled appointment. 

 

 

Late Arrivals:  It is suggested to arrive on time. Late arrivals will be charged the full price and session will end as originally scheduled. However, if time permits, the Therapist may extend the session.  Regardless of the length of the session given, you will be responsible for the full session.

Rescheduling: I am happy to move your massage, without a fee, as long as you provide 24 hour notice. Emergencies will be considered case by case basis.

Bodyworks Massage has the right not to schedule appointments for those who refuse to follow and respect our cancellation policy.
