SCHEDULING, CANCELLATION, RESCHEDULING & REFUND POLICY

Massage services are scheduled by appointment only!

 

You must CALL to book your 1st appointment.

 

To accommodate today's busy lifestyle, we occassionally have same day appointments available. However, to ensure that we are able to accommodate your preferred appointment times, we ask that you schedule with as much advance notice as possible. ALL 1st-time appointments are reserved with a non-refundable full payment.  Payments accepted: cash, credit/debit card, CashApp , Venmo and Zelle.

I understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone's life. In my desire to effectively handle the high demand of people wanting to book, and in fairness to returning clients desiring appointments, the following policies are in effect: 

 

24 hours notice is required when canceling or rescheduling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule the appointment.  If you are unable to provide 24 hours notice, you will be charged the FULL payment of your appointment. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment.  Methods for paying: Cash, Credit/debit card, Cash App, Venmo, or Zelle.

No-Shows:  Anyone who either forgets or chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason and/or does not show at the scheduled time, will be considered a "no-show" and will be charged the full amount of the session. This amount must be paid prior to scheduling their next appointment. If the appointment was made by using a balance from prepaid massages, the missed session will not be accepted for future scheduling and will be deducted from the original number of sessions purchased. If the missed appointment was made using a Gift Certificate, it will become void, and not accepted for future scheduling.

Late Arrivals:  It is suggested to arrive on time. Your massage begins at the time you scheduled and will end as originally scheduled. However, if time permits, the Therapist may extend the session.  Returning customers will be responsible full payment after their session ends. ​

Rescheduling: I am happy to move your massage, without a fee, as long as you provide 24 hour notice. Emergencies will be considered case by case basis.

​Prepaid Massages and Gift Certificates are non-refundable.

Bodyworks Massage has the right not to schedule appointments for those who refuse to follow and respect our policies.  All pricing on website is current and is subject to change without notice.​​
